Fire Touched starts with an exciting scene where a troll is ravaging a major bridge in the Tri-City area. Mercy and the werewolf pack come to the rescue and end up involved in a political battle between the Fae, the werewolves across the U.S., and the U.S. government. Mercy and Adam must navigate this challenge without the help of the Marrok.
A division in the council of Gray Lords cause a lot of trouble for Mercy, but she finds some unexpected allies to help cope. The book was fast-paced, well-written, and completely immersive. I can’t wait for the next book to be out (soon in 2017).
